the room provided ample space with a double bed and two single beds it worked well for our family. the location was very convenient to reach the beach and other attractions by foot. staff members were helpful throughout our stay and made sure all our needs were met.
i noticed some noise from guests in adjacent rooms at certain times of the day but this was only a minor issue.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the seafront it allows quick access to the beach and local amenities. nearby, i found several restaurants and shops that added convenience to the trip. the pier is less than ten minutes away.

free off-street parking in front of the building was available which simplified travel logistics. there is wi-fi access available to guests throughout the premises. i did not find breakfast service within the hotel however a nearby beach hut offers food.

the triple room had a double bed and two single beds it accommodated all of us. the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable place to rest after sightseeing. water was provided alongside tea and coffee.

the hotel doesn't provide its own breakfast service and guests must explore nearby options. i found a beach hut that offered breakfast beginning at 9:30 a.m. the kensington hotel is also nearby which provides meals.

the room was clean and well kept. the location is excellent , just a short walk to the seafront. i found the staff very friendly and cute , especially helpful with local tips. i appreciated the quiet hours between 9 am and 9 pm.
the hot water tap only produced tepid water , but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel features free parking outside , a great convenience. rooms are cleaned daily , and refreshments are replenished regularly. the hotel is close to a recreation ground for dogs , offering exercise areas.

the owners are very helpful and friendly. i received excellent recommendations for local dining options. the service provided was attentive , and i felt welcomed throughout my stay. it was a positive experience.
